Areas we serve across Miami and Miami-Dade County
We cover the 305 and 786. Pick your neighborhood to see what AC problems look like there. A Kendall house on a slab, an older Coral Gables home with long duct runs and a Doral warehouse unit are not the same job. Condos in Aventura have their own rules about who can work in the building. Homestead is a long way from where many contractors are based, so ask about travel fees. Whatever the area, the steps are the same: describe the problem on the form, we pass it to an independent licensed Florida AC contractor, and you ask for the diagnosis and the price in writing before any work starts. Check the license number on the DBPR website, and ask for a permit on any replacement. If someone in the home is elderly, ill or very young, say so on the form. If the system is old, ask for a replacement price next to the repair price. If the contractor will not put the diagnosis and the price in writing, find another one. A good contractor will not mind being asked, and the written quote protects both sides if there is a dispute later. Keep the quote, the license number and the date of the visit together in one place.
